I had a hosting problem for the past few days. Really was annoying that nothing would update at all. No matter what I tried the sites would not load with the new information.

Finally I called the customer support line. I was dreading this as the last time I called I knew more than the customer rep did. That is pathetic.

The first 15 minutes was a nightmare. We just could not seem to get on the same plane of existence with what the problem was. Finally, the person realized that I knew what I was doing and not a complete dumb ass.

He was shocked that there really was a serious problem. Especially when he asked me to do something and his side was not showing it. He started laughing and said Yes, there is something weird going on here. DUH

After nearly 45 minutes the problem for the moment was taken care of. I really am scared to try to update again. haha I hope it works. If not well its a change in hosting for sure
