Kitchen Re-Do Over

Every year since I have purchased our home I change the color scheme of the kitchen. Our first year I just left it as there was to many other things to really do. I did go with the colors that were in there which was a blue. Why blue I have no idea but that is what they had.

I have had yellows, oranges as I love the bright and cheery look in our kitchen. Last years curtains had fruits all over them. Matching the oranges in the kitchen. Looked really pretty to me. This year though I am going for something a little different even for me. The accessories and curtains are leaning towards the bright greens. I found some material that has a three tone color mix with very small white flowers mixed in. It has the greens and a splash of yellow that will certainly brighten up the kitchen.

My children said it was so bright that they might have to call a plastic surgeon to repair the wrinkle damage around their eyes from squinting while looking at them. haha But I think that when the sun is shining through them the kitchen will have a neat looking glow to it. OK, green/yellow glow. Fit for an alien

After I have all my weekly work finished I will start on the curtains. Since I have my new handy dandy sewing machine it should not take me forever and a day to get them finished.
