There is one thing that most people seem to forget. Communication between each other.
One thing that really frosts me is that certain clients will rant and rave, ask questions and sometimes be a genreal pain. I answer, reply bend over backwards to do this and what happens? Nary a word back.
Is it so very hard for a client to actually show appreciation? I guess it is.
Here is one situation that gets me. Shipping in the storefront that I have does not combine correctly on all items. Which will produce a massive shipping charge. Yes, clients will pay it. I will usually refund the amount that is over paid. You would think that the client would be tickled pink to see this and actually send a thank you note. Do they? Oh no sir they do not.
I have had ten of these in less than 7 days. Not one said thank you, I appreciate it or even kiss my rear.
The funny thing is I do not have to refund this amount as if you the customer paid for it and that is what was estimated, well it should be a done deal. Yet, I feel that it is a bad business call to keep a shipping charge that to me is raping the customer.
Just a little thank you would be nice every once and a while-
