I have been watching cartoons with my youngest son. I have to admit there are a few that I really do like and enjoy. But there are a few that are pretty violent in the characters and what they do

Now what I was thinking about is, years ago they took off cartoons like Mighty Mouse because they were to violent. Imagine that Mighty Mouse. Really made me mad but oh well. These older cartoons have only been replaced with other much more violent cartoons. Where is the sense and logic in that?

I think I know why. While mighty mouse was on air, kids during that time weren't really introduced to things kids this generation know about. SO I think they were trying to keep the kids from seeing violent things.

Kids this generation see it everywhere. I mean, look at the change in shows. Look at the good ol' 3 stooges. Now we have shows like, the sopranos. Haha. I think it's just a difference in society. =/ What do I know
