I beseech the wind to hear my request

I ask the winds to fill me with energy
I ask the winds to renew my sense of strength
I ask the winds to renew my sense of personal power

Cleanse my spirit with your sweet breeze of freshness
Cleanse my mind and body

I feel your power
I feel your strength
I feel your protection

Thank you for your unseen arms that shall hold me during this day

Feel the breeze covering your body. Visualize the wind removing all negativity replacing with the power and energy that you are in need of.

Take a few deep breathes. Fill your lungs with the wind. Exhale slowly allowing the negative feelings to be released.

Feel yourself sway with the wind.

Allow yourself a few moments to become one with the wind.

Go about your daily business as usual knowing that you have the wind around you as protection.
