We all do it. We all are trigger happy when it comes to taking pictures. WHether it is of our family, friends or pets we snap, snap, and snap.
I think I only know of one person that does not know how to use
digital cameras or even have one. I find that a crime against nature. haha I mean come on, who doesn't own a digital camera these days?
I use my camera nearly every day. Usually it is for taking pictures of products for my businesses. I am constantly taking new pictures of new items or of new products that I am posting in my store fronts.
The hardest pictures to take is of jewelry. Especially the costume jewels with all the glitz and shine. The item has to be positioned just right or all you get is one big blur of a white blob. I have found that if you place the glitzy item on a lighter shade of blue and try to cut down on the lighting it does come out better. Though it depends on the color of the stones that you are taking pictures of . You really have to watch that they do not look a little on the Grey side also. With a really good camera you do not have to worry about that as much.
Personally I would love to purchase another digital. As I go along I upgrade my cameras every year. I can not believe the old days of having film developed. That is a nightmare!
The camera that I would love to own is the Nikon D40x Digital SLR. Makes my mouth water looking at it. It is a great camera that would be perfect for what I do. I need my pictures crisp, clear and able to show details down to the finest of fine. Right now my camera leaves a lot of the details out. But the Nikon would sow exactly what I need to show.
Taking pictures is tricky. Ask anyone or look at their home pictures! I love taking pictures of my children and pets. I am interested though in more of the black and white landscaping photography now. A new hobby. Maybe that is another reason that I really wish to have another camera.
