Yes, I am still on a small rant about employees from other firms that have the skills and brains of a bowl of mush. Drives me insane to be fed plain untruths that at the end of the day is ludicrous to even think that they would believe you would swallow.
I mean come on, firms actually hire these people to do customer service and think that they are fine? No wonder people see these firms with such low integrity.
Personally, if one of my staff wrote to a customer with as much BS I would tell them to pack their
Eagle Creek luggage and hit the road. Then again I do (sometimes) care what people say about our company and products.
Employers should take a look at the way that their CS people write letters and call them on it. Oh, and they should make them take classes on grammar, punctuation and etiquette. Maybe then they might have a little more credibility.
