Have you ever really wondered about the way some company's handle customer support? We have all had to deal with voicing a complaint or trying to get a situation resolved only hoping that whom ever we are speaking to will be able to help. Then you run into someone that clearly shows that they are incompetent. Instead of researching the facts before contacting the customer they pop off with placing it right back in our laps. I have to ask why they did not research facts instead of doing this.
Oh, I realize that they may be busy but that is what their jobs are-customer service. To solve problems with those account holders in a rapid and satisfactory manner. Not to be snotty, sarcastic or show that they have the sense that God gave a goose (which is none by the way).
Before sending an email or making a call check the facts. You might not like doing it but I have to put the 'ass' in assume that is your job.
Do not contact me with no information that is not pertinent. Do your damn job and then contact me. Or maybe you should use
motorhome towing services to pull your head out of you know where.
