Pandora's Casket

At first I was not going to write anything about the past couple of weeks and what has been going on but then it occurred to me that there are family members that read this blog and it might be easier for them to read the latest news and not bother me with stupid phone calls.

First though I must vent a tad. My fathers sisters and brother really piss me off. Now, since my dad has had his major strokes, dementia taking his mind away, and other health problems only one sister called. The other one couldn't as she was sick so I will take her out of the equation. Now, I can count on my fingers how many the others called to show their love and devotion. Hmmm, not many times at that. Now, with his impending death they are all acting like these devoted siblings. Yea, right. Last night three of them called telling me they would call today to talk to him. Now did they? Oh heck no! Stop acting like you care when that would be the first time in your miserable lives. Carol is ok as she calls every month or two.

Now, two weeks ago my father was diagnosed with terminal cancer. Giving him 2-6 months to live. He has cancer of the mouth, jaw, throat and lungs. There are so many things that we are doing and in the process of doing that there is no time for his siblings guilt at not staying in contact. They knew he was ill but never called. Now to soothe their conscious they all call-barely

Dad is in a hospice program and they are all wonderful. Hospice is extremely helpful and has taken some of the load off us. Funny how you have to be dying when you are old for services to kick in for you.

For those of you that are experiencing something similar get the help that is offered you. It will take a very small amount of stress off your shoulders. And there is a lot of stress trust me.

Right now our job is to make him as happy and comfortable as possible. Nothing else can be done at this point.

So now I will make weekly posts on his health so those relatives that are plain trash can read and not bother me.

Alright all you fellas out there that are hoping that for the holidays you might receive a Penis enlargement device.
