Here is a great recipe that we have had many times for dinner. The children love it as it has a yummy flavor. Plus they do like zucchini which helps also!

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (16 ounce) jar spaghetti sauce
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
DIRECTIONS
1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C).
2. In a large pot boil the zucchini until tender; drain. Meanwhile, in a medium frying pan heat the olive oil over medium heat and saute the onion and garlic until the onion is tender.

Hope is good for breakfast, but not necessarily for supper. What does that mean to me? That having hope is one thing as in a light and airy emotion yet you must have something substantial and real in the world that we live in. In other words, you can not eat hope. What do you think that it means?

One of the latest buzz notes that we have been talking about in and around my office by staffers are the Leviathan Chronicles
I don't know if you have gone over there and listened to any of the podcasts, but it is really good. I am not one of those avid sci-fi people so at first I was more than leery to sit and listen to this. I thought OK, I will listen to one just to see what it is about.
I proceeded to listen and actually listened to nearly all of them. I think that I have one more to listen to.
It is like the old time radio shows. I think that is what is the most unique about this. I could get involved with the story line and characters and yet still work with out missing a beat. Oh, there were times I did stop what I was doing as I became engrossed with the story and my own mind creating visuals to go along with it. That was the best part. Creating something from my own mind which centered around the main characters.
It something that as you listen you are captivated by the story. I loved the build up music that would be played. Feeling the excitement and anticipation grow.
It is free so why not take a peek, well, a listen? Nothing to loose!
That people are unknowing does not mean that they are unknowing like cows or goats.
Even ignorant people look for a pathway to reality.
But, searching for it, they often misunderstand what they encounter.
They pursue names and categories instead of going beyond that name to that which is real.
