Have you ever looked into life insurance quotes? There are so many different firms to go through. And they all over something different.

Going with an unknown company is something that you really shouldn't do. As they may not be around when you need them. What a horrible thought for your family! After years of paying on life insurance, when you need it there is nothing there.

One thing that you should really think about is taking some out. With the high cost of funeral expenses it just is something that will help your family with those final duties.

Compare a few firms making sure when and if the rates will go up. Be sure you do not get caught up in those teaser rates. You know the ones that start out very low and then all of a sudden goes up a hundred or so dollars. Read the fine print and ask questions. Lots of them!

Being prepared is something that we should all be. A terrible thought but it is something that we all face in the future. Take care of your family before that day comes.

When I went out to purchase my laptop last month the first thing that I made sure I had enough of was laptop memory. I searched and made sure that I had enough so I would not have to purchase additional memory right away.

It is something that you really need to think about especially with running Vista now. That eats a lot up and who wants a slow running laptop? Especially when it is brand new. I was lucky my son in law helped me to choose the right one that fit my needs.

After all the time of wanting one I am in love with mine! Especially when I am downstairs cooking or cleaning. I can continue to work without stopping to run back up stairs a million times to check on things.

So when you are looking for a laptop, be sure to check how much memory it comes with. Spend the extra money and get one with more memory. You will be happier in the long run.

One thing that I think that Shaina needs is to colon cleanse. I think that if she did this she would feel much lighter and have more energy.

Of course, she won't listen to me about that. I told her that she should talk to her doctor about setting up an appointment to do this. Nick was saying that he was going to write that down and maybe he would do it also. Never can be to clean you know!

Anyway, I have heard that these are very good for people to do. Especially men. Norm went in to do this a month or so ago under his doctors direct order. Didn't help. He is still full of it. haha Sorry had to write that one.

Anyone know a lot about this subject or had it done? How did you feel afterwards? Do you think that it was worth it? AND would you do it again?

The one thing that I have become an expert on with teens is the acne treatments that are out there.

My teens suffered from mild acne but nothing super bad thankfully. I did have to watch Trevor as it ran on his fathers side. His poor cousins had it so very bad that I felt sorry for them.

Now that Colton is at that age I have to really get on him to wash his face more than with water. Sometimes he gets lazy and does not want to do it the right way but good old mom shares her wealth of knowledge of how to do it properly.

He has his medicine that he uses so his out breaks are more or less under control. All it takes sometimes is good, clean habits. I am talking about the mild form of acne only. That and watching what they eat. To much fast food and greasy food is an out break waiting to happen. My son Trevor actually gets out breaks when he drinks to many power drinks. But that is a different subject on how not to drink them in massive doses

You know maybe one of the things that I should look into for Shaina when she moves here is
adjustable beds. I mean as she gets bigger and bigger and bigger with the baby she will need a bed that can hold her and adjust to how she needs to sleep.

We sure do not want her not sleeping and getting cranky. If you know her you would cringe in fear at that thought.

I have heard that those beds are great to use. Even if you are not bed ridden as you can adjust them to what ever position you need to have it in.

That would be nice if you were sick with the flu and all you wanted to do was lay in bed to watch TV.

Might be worth looking into actually. Of course they have to take it up those two landings. haha Now that would be something to see!

One thing that I will be doing tomorrow while we are out is to purchase all my
pet supplies. Living in this small town they do not carry the right type of bird food that my sweeties eat. Not to mention what they do carry is not nutritious for them at all. AND they sell it for top dollar.

Hmm, buying bad food for high cost. Not a bad racket. I guess if you don't care about your birds it doesn't matter, right?

I buy enough to last for at least a month. Plus I always end up with reserve food. The reserve I put in the freezer so it does not get the moths that you see after it has been sitting for a period of time. Yuck. I hate those pests.

I have to remember though to buy Hazey Dazey and Maggie May their treats. Lola has hers so she might get a new toy. Spoiled birds haha

Insomnia has taken over yet again. This has been going on all week long. Today I was so tired by being up for days on end that I slept nearly all day and half the night. Of course I wake up, I mean wide awake at 11:30 PM. Nice

I have gotten a few things finished that I would be doing tomorrow so I guess it does have its ups. I would watch TV but I am sure that there is nothing good worth the energy in turning it on. Never is when you are bored at night. Although those info commercials are entertaining.

I have my phone charging for tomorrow. Yes, finally going to put it in my purse. haha Usually it stays on my desk. What is the point of a cell phone on a desk????

Anyway, I do have my list finished for tomorrow and shopping. I guess we will end the trip by grocery shopping.
