Pandora's Casket

I don't know about you but customers are not always right. You can bend over backwards and you will have some that are just not to be pleased. I plainly refuse to kiss their butts to the point of no return.

What gets me is that they will lie to make themselves appear in the right. I guess they forget about that email sent section in our email programs or that sent part on eBay. Which saves all the communication that is sent. Why tell an out and out lie? Tell the damn truth buyers is what I have to say.

Now, most of my clients are really super people. I have a few favorites that no matter what happens is always gracious and kind. It is the few that you get that make you want to snatch them bald. Literally

I get tired of some of the petty complaints that just do not make sense at all. Today I was not nice at all. I admit I was harsh but I am tired of liars. This is why I save every single communication I send and receive. Trouble makers I actually run everything off and file for future reference.

Maybe it is time to marry that rich guy and call it a day?
