A company by the name of Avand.co.uk began training their plumbers at their training center. Offering a wide array of training for plumbers who wished to advance their careers.

Are you just starting out? If that is the case then the 6129 Course is exactly what to look at first. This will take 10 weeks to complete and consists of 2 stages. The first stage is an 8 week full time course 8:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday, followed by a further 2 weeks of final assessments and exams. The good thing that might relieve some readers is that you need NO prior experience or qualifications. They even have a shorter 4 week course available.

They have a few really interesting advancement courses for those plumbers that already have the 6129 so they are not limited to only beginners.

If that is not enough they are starting a Sales Training section as well. This is in the works and will soon be available. This is an innovative and uprising company. One might take a harder look at the career advancement potential after taking their courses.

It is really hard to explain to someone that is not in the same world as you exactly what you do or what your beliefs are. Even though I have been a part of the occult world for more years than I would like to think or tell it is still hard.

Like I was saying this evening it is not that I am ashamed of what I do by far I am very proud of it. It is just very hard to explain to an outsider what it is I do. The business aspect is hard enough. After they close their mouths from snapping open quickly they begin to ask questions. Starting out with "Oh do you hex?' and finding out yes I do they then begin to ask more serious intelligent questions. Well sometimes.

I try not to go to much in detail as to much information can make a mundanes head explode for sure. haha
Once they have digested that I am a serious practitioner they begin to realize that maybe they have been misinformed of what people of the Craft really are all about.

We are just as normal or abnormal as the next We are your sisters, brothers, neighbors and bosses.

It never gets any easier, believe me. We are always tested on how far to go. Remember the golden rule, Silence. Trust of outsiders must be earned. Never ever give to much. Even to the interested party.

During the last Saturdays in October and November there will be terrific antique shopping opportunities
available to the general public. What can and will you expect to see during this event?

Well, to name just one is during this monthly event, participating antique dealers will be providing some workshops covering a mixture of antique topics, book stores will be offering readings and book signings by local authors. For those that are interested in the art galleries there will be exhibits of some of the Florida artists.

How exciting is that? Events in St. Augustine have been planned for the time period of October 27th and November 24th which are the last Saturdays of each respective months. Uptown Saturday Night takes place from 5:00 pm to 9:00 pm.

There will be live music, refreshments and more! You can have a little wine and get down with looking at art and antiques. An exciting time on a weekend for all.

The participating shops will feature an open house atmosphere with, here we go again, wine and more refreshments!


For me since I ave been in and around the antique and collectible business since I was a child this is so exciting to be able to browse the shops in the evening. It will make holiday shopping fun looking for that one of a kind collectible gift. I love finding the rare and unique gift items either for myself or to give away. This is a great chance to shop and have fun at the same time.

Maybe plan one Saturday to gift shop and the next Saturday to listen to guest speakers and relax.

Now there is no excuse in saying there is not anything to do on a Saturday night. Not with Uptown Saturday Night going on.

Now we move on to the holidays. WooHoo

This weekend I might do a little more shopping. I have a date Saturday night also. Busy busy

GBH sent a v2v yesterday. Interesting called it a shock experiment on what he said and did. I call inhumane behavior, stupidity and appalling. Then again who am I to judge. Right?

Going further he said it back fired. Ah, yes that it did. Oh well

Well am also going to look up some price quotes for life insurance for kids this weekend. Nicky and Colt needed that. Especially if they are going to continually eat at Norms. haha

Well, guess I'll figure out what to do first and then go from there. Busy day and weekend ahead of me

Ok, today I woke up and realized that no matter how I felt work has to come first. AND trust me right now I hurt. I have a migraine this morning. Took a couple of those pills (advl??) that put me to sleep. haha Better than hurting that is for sure....

I even woke up early. Since the boys are on Fall Break been allowing the comfort of sleeping in. Not today. I set a goal for pick up tomorrow and going to do it.

Not to mention I have the clubs and publications that have to go out like yesterday. haha

My stomach feels somewhat better. Not fully but better.

Doesn't feel as cold this morning either. That is a good thing to me.
