The last couple of weeks customers on eBay has been terrible. Their attitudes are astounding to say the least. Last week though was really horrid. If there was a complaint or cranky person to be found they were my customer.
Now, these were your typical customers that either did not pay, paid late or just having a bad time with life in general. But after nearly two weeks of it I was so stressed that I did not want to look at my email. And the complaints were stupid or not even relevant which made it even worse.
Take for example the one customer that broke the item and wanted a refund. Yes, he broke it himself and sent it back after many emails that were showing his stupidity. Then you have the normal people that complain to complain.
Complaints such as:
Item smells to weak
Items smells to strong
I paid! Why file a dispute? (You did not pay deadbeat that is why) They then paid deleting the shipping cost!
Where is my item? (You paid yesterday where do you think it is?)
I mean come on where did these people come from? One person was looking for
phentermine and when I told them I do not carry such a product started ranting and raving! Gee, so sorry I do not carry everything you want.
This week has been better but it is only Wednesday so there is plenty of time for people to crawl out from under their rocks.
