Waiting For Package

Since a little after Christmas I have been waiting for a package to be delivered. Since there was a problem somewhere it was delayed and then delayed again. No big deal really but the anticipation is building.

I am really looking forward in trying what is called the electric cigarette that will arrive this week. Although it is not sported as a stop smoking device I have been reading many people's experiences with the item. Sounds so very positive!

Should be here this week and that is very exciting news!

I'm on the NICOTROL inhaler, little white filter with nicotine cartridges no cigaretts for 3 weeks good luck on the electric cigarette

I added a comment yesterday and for some reason it did not appear, good luck on the electric cig....I have been on the Nicotrol inhaler 2 weeks so far no smoking...so to my BFF Good luck....miss you

Good luck with your cigarette battle. I gave up two years ago so now I am supposed to be some kind of big authority on the subject.

If you want to quit, you can, keep telling yourself that. It is a very powerful addiction but you are stronger. One thing that helped me was the thought that no matter how satisfying one cigarette is, it is a thief of your time. And I personally was never sent to the moon when I smoked, calmed a little and then only sometimes. The effect was hardly worth the potential time that I could lose of my life.
Keep away from people who smoke if possible. eliminate all reminders of smoking. Forget nicotine replacement or gimmicky things... as new age as it sounds, for the most part the power must come within you.
