Have you ever had to explain something to a company using strictly email communications? Boy, is it ever hard to do. Personally I would rather have the opportunity to talk directly to the person or persons in question but when they do not divulge business telephone numbers this is not easy to do.
My first thought is about the telephone number is why is this? Oh, maybe due to the lack of communication via email the phone lines might be swamped with dis-satisfied customers calling and calling. Although I fear this business would have an answering machine that would have some type of stupid response as 'We are SO busy we can not take your calls'.
Trying to communicate in the electronic manner is fine yet it is so frustrating to do. Much like trying to look into a
life insurance lead that has just an empty source.
IF it is something that is important to a consumer, these businesses should make it a top priority to answer immediately. Or try to. Not waiting 24 hours whey the consumer knows full well that they have read the email and would rather put it off.
Very bad business practice indeed.
