Heroes at Home

Our men and women that are serving our grand country are wishing for a special Christmas for their families. Most are asking for shoes, coats and toys for the children. As they are over seas they wish their families to have a great Christmas even while they are not there. Maybe due to special circumstances, as there were some that I read, or just the need to please, their stories are heart warming and may bring a tear to your eye.

Such was the case of the man with the family of 9 in Texas. Heart warming to say the least.

It is easy to donate. Simply place the dollar amount in and that is that. Sears sends out equal amounts of funds in the form of gift cards to all the families. When I checked the site they already have had over 525,000 donations. The families that will be helped are well over 30,000.

This is certainly a cause that is justified for the holiday season. With Sears being trusted and well known you are assured that the funds that you donate go exactly where they say it will.
