This past week I had a rather unruly customer. He had a rating of zero so I was being very nice trying to explain to him the different shipping methods, times and other postal information that hopefully would help him in the future. One thing he purchased multiple items at two different times. Paying for each one under two different invoices instead of simply waiting for one combined invoice. He was mailed two packages. Plain and simple you would think. Wrong! He was as confused as I am about
ephedra-free fat burner pills and what the heck they really are!
I explain to him he paid for two different invoices so he is sent two packages. His reply? Did you send them in one box. OK. Maybe just maybe he didn't understand what I said the first time. I emailed him the same thing all over again. No reply.
His items were by no means late/missing or lost but when there is a complaint I like to keep an eye out just in case the Postal authorities do scan a package. This one was scanned and what I saw made me laugh so hard. Here is the exact information on the USPS site:

What do you see that is wrong with this information? Not only did it go back in time six years it came back by the 14th! I am not surprised as I have seen this before with them. haha
What was the customers reaction? He stated he could not imagine how that was done but if the PO said it then it had to have happened.
Do I have to say anything there?
