You Can Be A Star!

Do you know you have what it takes to be a star? You know this but you do not know where or how to go about getting a job in the industry. Now you can contact and be an extra on TV or even movies which might just get you noticed. Movies and TV always need those people you see milling about on streets, sub ways and how about those murder scenes? That would be a nice extra job right there!

All it takes is one call to talk to someone to put you on a list for extras and fill ins for movies or tv extra parts in your town. If you can travel that would be even better for your career! Just think of the fun you would have on a movie set!

I was looking at the rate of pay for an extra and they can make anywhere from $100-$300 a day. That does depend on the project, so keep that in mind. Personally the money sounds pretty good in its self. You can be as young as 18 and as old as 85 so there are always parts for extras so age is not a huge question here.

You might be thinking that it sounds like this is something that you really want to do. Like I said earlier it starts with one free phone call. Talking to the well trained portfolio manager and answering questions.
I think that if I were to do something like this I would rather be a movie extra. I think it would be more exciting to be able to watch the filming and talk to others on the set. Especially if I was able to by chance talk to the star of the movie. You know someone like Sean Connery or Al Pacino. That would be so wonderful. As long as it was a murder scene and I could be able to make those gapping and gasping looks that you see the crowds doing.
