This morning it was crisp outside. Actually it was chilly. In coming back from taking my son to school I read the article about the Farmers Almanac stating that it was going to be abnormally colder in certain parts of the states. Lucky us we are in the certain parts.

Of course this has been debated by the National Weather Service already. The Farmers Almanac has an 80-85% history of being right on the nose. Not to bad a percentage if you ask me.

I have noticed that the leaves are already falling and can't forget the fog that has come in as well. Fog in August? Yes, indeed. There are a few more signs that Fall is closer than we expect. Seems to me that winter comes earlier and earlier.

I am interested to see which one has the correct forecast. I am going with the Farmers Almanac

A car load of us was discussing this exact topic yesterday and the consensus was that we'd go with Farmers Almanac too. We've also noticed that Texas is cooling down and the autumn rain seems to have started already (and it's wayyyyy too early). I hope we don't have too cold of a winter however because most of the homes here are not built to withstand real cold.

I was just noticing this weekend that leaves are starting to turn on some of the trees. A very dark, rich red. Which reminds me that I MUST pack the camera with me so I can photograph them before their vibrancy dims.

I would go with the Farmer's Almanac as well. We all know how "accurate" the National Weather Service can be(lol). I wish we had your weather. Currently we're baking at 96 degrees, although they say it should cool off to the 70's tomorrow. We shall see...

Hi. Stumbled on you via entrecard. I like the way you write. Nice blog.

The weather never even started to warm up here in the UK, it rained near the whole summer. Autumn is a-coming already!
